When we went to McDonalds tonight a couple of their regional managers were there for what seemed like some sort of evaluation. All staff were going out of their way to serve us: We were met at the door, talked through the menu (as if we needed it), repeatedly asked if we are happy with our meals, and the place was beyond sparkling clean. Best restaurant experience of the year! Wish these big shots could always be around.
