I’ve been playing with OpenAI’s GPT3 recently. It’s an awesome tool for writing, but it’s not always fit for purpose. I recently asked it to come up with some ideas for a paper my daughter had to write; some of the completions it came up with were - ahem - shockingly inappropriate. In other cases it is very useful. I guess it’s kind of like many AI tools: surprisingly clever, widely very stupid ; so not always 100% good.
