Leaders who constantly talk about how great they are tend to miss the point entirely. Real leadership isn’t self-declared or compared—it’s demonstrated quietly.
Bullies aren’t leaders. They’re just loud.
The best leaders step back, build people up, and let their team feel capable. Then, when things fall apart, they’re the ones behind the scenes putting it back together for the next round.
You become what you surround yourself with. Energies are contagious. Choose carefully. Your environment will become you.
If you don’t love yourself you will always be chasing after people who don’t love you either.
I hope that one day someone will make flowers grow in even the saddest parts of you.
